Why American Standard

There are a lot of types of equipment out there. Many of them are less expensive and it is true what you hear that the type of equipment is less important than a good proper installation. So why do I only sell American Standard? I am going to try to answer this question without talking bad about other brands. The answer boils down to the suppliers. I have worked with a lot different manufacturers and the way I have been treated by the suppliers plays very heavily in my decision. They go out of their way to help. They have a lot of facilities in town. This means they tend to have more parts available to fix a system when it breaks. They have Saturday hours and after hours services. This is more opportunity to get the parts we need. They have much better resources for me to use to determine warranty status and parts look up for systems. This all boils down to weather or not you get your air conditioner repaired when it breaks on the first 110° day of the year.
